People use MultiLine to communicate with their clients, partners and co-workers. These clients, partner and co-workers are currently stored in Multiline as Local, Native or Exchange contacts. Today when communicating with coworkers, they need to call and message the MultiLine number of their co-worker rather than their personal.
This feature allows the end user to easily identify MultiLine users in the company across all regions where the company may operate.
