Overview
Calls is the first item in the MultiLine menu. This is where you can find information about your recent calls.
Before you start
- Your MultiLine administrator may enable or disable certain features and settings, such as calling according to your company's communication policy.
- If you have questions about what features and settings are enabled, contact your MultiLine administrator for assistance.
About Calls
Calls is the first item in the main MultiLine menu.
- Access Calls
- To easily see missed calls, select Missed at the top (ignore screen error saying Voicemail)
- Select Edit to delete calls from list
- Search bar allows you to pull up matched call information by name, number, or contact details.
- MultiLine indicator shows you which calls are from Work numbers (see What does the orange M icon (MultiLine Indicator) mean?
- Info icons provide additional info on the call
