Improved Carrier Compatibility for AMR-Wideband
- To ensure better voice call performance on select carriers, we’ve made a configuration change related to the AMR-WB codec. Specifically, we are turning off the “Octet Align” parameter, which is not supported by Verizon (U.S.) and Hutch (APAC). This change enhances compatibility while continuing to meet standards and maintaining support for all other major carriers.
Bug Fixes
Duplicated Message Notification: We have resolved an issue that caused duplicate notifications when the app was force-closed (swipe-killed) and a new message push notification was received. Upon opening the app, users would receive the same notification again.
Call Initiation Issue: Resolved a not common issue where quickly starting and canceling calls multiple times could cause a not canceled call to appear as failed, even though it was still active, but not visible or audible.
