Bug Fixes
Concurrent Incoming Call issues in Data Mode: Resolves an issue in both MultiLine and MultiLine for Intune (v4.08.01) where receiving a second call while already on an active call, whether it was a two-party call or a conference, could lead to unexpected behavior. Either one of the calls could experience distorted audio, and in rare cases, they could end abruptly.
Note: After upgrading to version 4.09.01, some users may experience audio issues in Data Mode under specific conditions when handling concurrent incoming calls. These scenarios are currently being investigated with high priority:
- If a user is on an active call and receives a second call (incoming call), engaging with the second call—either as a separate call or by merging both into a conference—may result in distorted audio on the remaining active call, upon disconnection or termination of one of the calls.
- These issues do not occur when both calls are initiated as outbound calls by the MultiLine user.
