| Description: | Movius has identified an issue impacting user onboarding/re-onboarding within the latest MultiLine for Intune (v. 4.14.01) client. This issue only affects organizations with names that include the ampersand (&) special character. Users located within organizations that include the ampersand (&) special character and are on the latest MultiLine for Intune (v. 4.14.01) client may experience onboarding failures. |
| Workaround: | As an interim workaround solution, we recommend replacing the ampersand (&) in the organization name with “and”. For example: "HR & Finance" to "HR and Finance" Details on editing an organization are available on the help pages (https://help.moviuscorp.com/help/manage-organizations) |
