Add API user using an external application

The Enterprise administrator with the proper privilege can create an API user for any organization. When the API user is created, the user can select an External Application using his account credentials.

Create an API user

  1. Log in to MMP.
  2. Click Administrators. 
  3. Click Add API User.
  4. Enter the Personal Details.
  5. Select External Applications for which the API user will be accessing the organization data. 
  6. Click Save.

Editing an External Application

An API user has the privilege to edit the selected External Application. To edit an External Application, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to MMP.
  2. Click Administrators.
  3. Click Edit Administrators.
  4. Edit the Email Address.
  5. Select External Applications for which the API user will be accessing the organization data.
  6. Click Save.
