Knowledge Base Reorganization In Progress

Please forgive our progress. We are working to improve the KB and make it easier to find what you need. 

This Knowledge Base contains help topics for MultiLine app users, Movius Management Portal Admins, supporting IT teams and external application admins. 

  • The easiest way to navigate the KB is to use the search bar. Type in your key words and then use the menu to narrow by category to narrow your results to what you're interested in.

  • You can also scroll down and click on categories to see the help topics within. We have categories for each MultiLine application, connectors to external applications, user, admin, and IT materials, and videos. 
  • When you're done reading an article, you can use the links in the upper left of the page (Example "Home > MULTILINE APP > CALLS >") to go back a category or return to the home page.


  • Screenshots of the applications in this Knowledge Base may have "Movius" or "ABC Bank" branding elements. Your application will be customized with the logo and branding of your organization. 
  • Many MultiLine features and screens are similar across apps, so screenshots may be used from iOS or Android versions of MultiLine, Movius for BlackBerry, or MultiLine for Intune. The appearance of screens in your app may vary slightly based on what version of the app you're using.

The Knowledge Base is available to the public so that everyone can see how Movius MultiLine works, whether you’ve already purchased the product yet or not. If you don’t see what you need, click the Contact Us button to send a content request.
