- The easiest way to navigate the KB is to use the search bar. Type in your key words and then use the menu to narrow by category to narrow your results to what you're interested in.
- You can also scroll down and click on categories to see the help topics within. We have categories for each MultiLine application, connectors to external applications, user, admin, and IT materials, and videos.
- When you're done reading an article, you can use the links in the upper left of the page (Example "Home > MULTILINE APP > CALLS >") to go back a category or return to the home page.
